GIREVE, as a controller, processes your name and your email for the purposes of monitoring and verifying descriptive information about the charging points.
In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, be informed on, rectify and erase data concerning you, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, as well as the right to give specific and general guidelines concerning the storage, erasure and communication of your data after your death.
You also have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data which is based on GIREVE’s legitimate interest, as well as the right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
Any request regarding the communication of specific post-mortem guidelines and the exercise of your rights must be sent by email to operation@gireve.com, and must be accompanied by a copy of an identity document. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés.
